Returning to School after Home Based Learning.

Coming Back to School

It has been more than 60 days since we had a normal school routine – around 14 weeks of Home Based Learning.

Your child may need some practical and emotional support when it comes to easing back into a normal school routine and daily learning.

How Can I Best Prepare My Child Emotionally?

We have some excellent resources available for OLGC parents, which you can start using right away – ensuring a smoother, safer return for your child.  Click here to read  our Parent_Fact_Sheet_ANXIETY  – to find out some tips on helping your child adapt to the school routine.  We have some additional articles you can download at the bottom of this page.

Let’s Continue to Work Together to Keep Everyone Safe.

To ensure the health and safety of all of our students, staff and teachers we will be practicing social distancing wherever possible, focusing on hand washing and sanitising. We have a dedicated hygienist on site and limited visitors at the school.

All our teachers and staff have been fully vaccinated and will be wearing masks – only removing them occasionally in required circumstances.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.
