123 Magic Parenting Program – Online
Date: Tuesdays 2, 9 & 16 June 2026
Time: 7.30pm – 9.00pm

Target age group 2-12yrs
Learn how to manage behaviour without arguing or shouting and discover methods to stop unwanted behaviours, increase co-operation and enhance your relationship with your children. We’re here to help parents raise well behaved, happy, competent children and put the fun back into parenting! Feel free to bring your dinner to the session.

Circle of Security – Face to Face
Date: Wednesdays 20 & 27 May and 3, 10, 17 & 24 June 2026
Time: 10.00am – 12.00pm
Location: Waitara Family Centre, 29 Yardley Avenue
Target age group 0-12yrs
Circle of Security is an evidence-based attachment and relationship based early intervention parenting program designed to enhance attachment security between parents and their children aged 0 – 12 years. The program is designed for parents and carers who want to understand and respond to their child’s needs and build a secure relationship.
These programs are fully funded for parents residing in the following LGAs: Hornsby, Ku-ring-gai, Willoughby, Lane Cove, Mosman, North Sydney, and Northern Beaches. Please note that we do not accept registrations out of area.

We warmly invite parents within your school communities to participate in CatholicCare’s upcoming online program, Keeping Kids in Mind – a five-week course designed for parents experiencing conflict following separation.

Date: Thursdays 21 May – 18 June 2026
Time: 12.00pm – 2.30pm
Location: Online
Fee: $150 or $50 concession
This course is designed to assist parents to see through their children’s eyes the experience of parental separation. Parents will also develop a greater understanding about how to support their children. Topics include:
- Grief and loss after separation
- The hidden world of children
- Rebuilding resilience
- Bridging the gap
- Looking back, moving forward.
Keeping Kids in Mind is facilitated by qualified and experienced counsellors, social workers, mediators and educators.

Belrose Rotary Club is hosting a fundraiser event at the end of this month. We would appreciate it if you could share the event and spread the word, whether it be your next newsletter or on Facebook.
Autumn Trivia Night fundraiser. It’s a fun and entertaining night of raffles, door prizes, auctions, games and trivia!
Saturday 30th May 2026 at Forestville RSL Club
(Flight Deck room upstairs)
6:30pm – Doors open
7:00pm – Event
Tickets $20
The Flight Deck room bar will be open (with drinks available at club prices).

Profits from the night go to Rotary Club of Belrose charities and projects
Dinner available at RSL bistro. (The ticket does NOT include food.)
You are welcome to buy a meal at the RSL bistro and gather from 5:30pm or bring a meal upstairs during the event.
Tickets can be purchased individually, for a group or table of 8 to 10. We can match individuals and smaller groups into tables.
