Double Dutch Skipping
The group’s activities focus on skipping with ropes (short, long and Double Dutch), along with a range of other activities designed to build strength, balance and co-ordination. It is an excellent cardiovascular workout and most importantly, lots of fun!
Session details:
- The sessions will be held on Friday’s during the term at lunchtime
- Time: 12.55pm – 1.30pm
- Sessions are run by Mr Mark Saunders, a qualified PE teacher and fitness trainer in the local area. He currently trains 350 elite skippers in 8 schools.
- The fee for Double Dutch is $120 per term.

Screen Management for Parents – ONLINE

This practical session with parenting educator Genevieve Muir will help you:
- Understand why screens are so hard to manage – for both kids and adults.
- Learn why some children struggle more with screens and how to support them
- Set clear, age-appropriate screen-time boundaries that work
- Reduce screen-related meltdowns and arguments.
- Make informed decisions about phones, YouTube, and social media.
- Feel more confident and in control of your family’s screen use.

Circle of Security – ONLINE
Date: Wednesdays 5, 12, 19 & 26 Aug and 2 & 9 Sep 2026

Target age group 0-12yrs
Circle of Security is an evidence based attachment and relationship based early intervention parenting program designed to enhance attachment security between parents and their children aged 0 – 12 years. The program is designed for parents and carers who want to understand and respond to their child’s needs and build a secure relationship.
These programs are fully funded for parents residing in the following LGAs: Hornsby, Ku-ring-gai, Willoughby, Lane Cove, Mosman, North Sydney, and Northern Beaches. Please note that we do not accept registrations out of area.
