Band Fees

The schedule of fees for OLGC Band participants for 2026 are set out below: 

These annual fees cover the Band Director’s salary, new instruments, music purchases, the cost of purchasing new instruments, instrument repairs and servicing, admin costs and other band-related expenses.

Music Ensemble fees are NOT included in normal school fee accounts. 

You will receive a SEPARATE “Music Ensembles” invoice early in 2026 once we have received: 

Please note an invoice will be issued separately to your school fees account once your child is assured of a position in the band for 2026.  

Band fees are paid via Qkr! or credit card by phoning the School Office during school hours only. 

All Music Ensemble fees are due in FULL by Friday of Week 5, Term 1. In special circumstances, planned payment arrangements can be made for Music Ensemble fees. Please contact the Music Ensembles Administrator olgc.mep@gmail.com to discuss your requirements.
